Team Fortress 2 Upate and FREE (for 3 days)

With the release of the new map Goldrush and the new medic weapons which includes The Blutsauger, The Kritzkrieg and the Ubersaw.

Goldrush is a completely new game type and will likely play very differently from any of the other current maps. Your objective as the blue team is to stand near a cart which has a bomb in it and when you do this the cart will begin to move down the tracks. Once the cart reachs the red teams base then the blue teams wins. And the red teams objective is just to defend. It is fairly similar to Dustbowl in this way.

The Blutsauger is like the current syringe gun however instead of critting it nows draws health from the opponent and gives it to you. The Kritzkreig is the new type of medigun that instead of making your target invulnearble it will make them have 100% crit chance. And the Ubersaw is still a melee weapon but it will also drain the enemies life and give it to you.

Now you won't just get these weapons you will have to unlock them by getting achievements and then equip them using the new equip system put in place by Valve.

Another bit of cool information for all of you out there who don't have TF2 for the PC but have Steam you will be able to get a free trial this weekend (friday 2nd may - 4th may). For anyone out there who doesn't have it you should definatly give it a go. I bought it for 360 so i will be downloading it for PC this weekend also and i will probably buy it for PC at a later date.

Bad Company SAVED

EA has officially announced that all guns will be included in the game just some will need to unlocked similar to COD4. But this is great news and i can now happily buy the game. Also this is a step in the right direction.
If you hadn't heard Sarcastic Gamer had a boycott going againest Battlefield Bad Company. From there, the boycott was put up on larger more mainstream sites and the boycott was a success thankfully. And hopefully nothing like this will happen again cause as i said before i think it is just wrong and shouldn't be allowed. Everything that the developer makes should come with the game if it is to be sold at normal retail price.

Dawn of War 2 Announced

For all you Dawn of War fans the sequal has finally been announced, although it doesn't really comes a surprise. So far to the first game there has been 3 expansions all of which were top game titles and deserve a play through. But Dawn of War 2 looks as brutal and great as the last so keep an eye out for this one.
